My mission is to empower caregivers to become effective advocates and providers of care to their neurodiverse child. I am a licensed behavior analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience working in public schools, private schools, clinics and within the home. During my career I have had the honor of working with individuals with a range of developmental delays as well as learning, emotional and social needs from toddlers to adults. I use a compassionate and trauma informed approach paired with evidence based practices to assess and support individuals to help them be more prepared for success in their daily lives and within their community.
